  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the device must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and enclosed securely in its original packaging with all charging accessories and manuals intact.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your device arrives physically damaged or fails to function correctly upon arrival, a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly displaying the shipping label and the operational defect is strictly mandatory for validation.
  • Refund Processing: Once our verification team authorizes the return claim, refunds are systematically processed back to your original payment mode within 5–7 business days.
